Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0 · Last updated: November 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
These Terms set the rules for using this website. By registering or playing you confirm that you have read and accepted them; if you do not, please leave the site.
This website is a separate site and is not operated by the licence holder of the parent brand. The parent brand, Gran Madrid Casino Online, is operated by ESGAMING, S.A.U., a company based in Melilla, Spain, which holds online gambling licences granted by the Spanish regulator, the DGOJ. It belongs to the Gran Madrid group, which also runs casinos in Torrelodones, Madrid and Benalmádena. Where these Terms speak of “the operator”, they mean that company.
Only adults with full legal capacity who are not barred from gambling may take part. Gambling is regulated in Spain by Law 13/2011 and its implementing rules, and it is up to you to check that playing is lawful where you are.
The player agreement is a standard contract accepted during registration, and it renews monthly unless one side gives notice at least five days ahead. The operator may update it, and where a change alters the relationship it asks for your express consent.
2. Your account
You must act only for yourself, give true and complete identification data and keep it current. Choose a password of 8 to 16 characters that does not contain your name or date of birth, and never lend your account to anyone. If two or more accounts are linked to one device, the operator can presume that an account was handed to a third party.
Bots, algorithms and any tools that give a player an edge over others are forbidden, as are collusion, hedging bets to unlock bonuses, and using inside information. The operator may annul activity tied to a breach and claim damages.
You can ask for self-exclusion from the site at any moment, and you may separately ask the regulator to enter you in the national register of gambling access bans.
3. Verification
Your data is checked against official records before the account is activated. The operator may also ask for proof of life, phone calls, video calls and proof that the payment methods and phone lines you use belong to you.
You have up to two weeks from the first request to supply what is asked. If you do not, identity fraud is presumed and the agreement is ended without further steps.
Requests to raise deposit limits to €15,000 a month or more require proof that you can afford that level of spending.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
You can pay in with Bizum, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and the cashier lists what is open to you. The minimum deposit to claim a welcome bonus is €10.
Deposit limits protect you: the operator may lower limits you set to the site defaults as part of its safer-gambling policy, and may ask for financial information or run credit checks to prevent fraud and protect players.
Withdrawals go back to payment methods in your own name. Near the brand’s land-based casinos, prizes can also be collected at the cashier desk. Accounts that fail verification cannot withdraw until it is complete.
5. Bonuses
The no-deposit offer gives €30 in casino and slots bonus after account verification, with wagering of 40 times the bonus, winnings capped at €30 and expiry after 14 days. It runs until 31 December 2026.
The welcome bonus is 200% on a first deposit, up to €200, available to users registered in the last 14 days. It carries a x20 rollover and expires after 14 days; winnings from it are capped at five times the deposit, up to €1,000. Select the Casino and Slots bonus before finishing the deposit.
Sports welcome gives €100 in free bets with no minimum odds on the first bet. The operator may withdraw a bonus from a player when it suspects abuse or fraud and may review the previous 30 days of activity.
6. Games and fair play
Games follow the particular rules published for each of them, and some games are excluded from bonus play. Casino software is licensed from third-party suppliers, and you must respect the supplier’s licence conditions.
Demo mode on this site uses virtual credits only; nothing you win or lose in a demo has any value. Real-money play happens on the parent site after you register there.
7. Fraud and prohibited conduct
Fraud, collusion, false identity, bonus abuse and automated play are prohibited. Where the operator detects them it may void results, close the account and report the matter to the authorities.
8. Limits on liability
The operator’s liability is limited as set out in its player agreement, and it is not responsible for losses caused by your own misuse of the account, incorrect data you supplied or events outside its control. Rights that the law gives consumers and that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
9. Complaints
Raise a complaint first with customer support, which is available every day from 09:00 to 01:00, or use the operator’s complaints mailbox on the parent site. You may also take a decision that affects your interests to the DGOJ. Consumer disputes fall under the courts of the player’s own domicile.
10. Contact
For questions about these Terms write to support@granmadridonline.live or use the contact form. These Terms are a general summary and not legal advice.
